Absentmindedly

There are times when you don't want to talk, you don't want to chat. You don't want to take a nap. You don't want to stare vacantly at the pc screen like an idiot until the image of humongous proportions you are trying to develop finishes rendering itself. You definitely don't want to watch tv. You don't want to call a friend, or listen to the radio and hum. You don't want to read. You don't want to start on a new project. Nothing. You just want to coil within yourself and introvert.

These are the moments that produce the weirdest kind of art. The "simple" kind no one seems to be impressed by, except for yourself. Some might call it doodling.
I call it psychography.
